Applicants are invited from suitably qualified candidates to fill the
above post in the Agriculture Section of our Corporate Division in Lilongwe
The successful candidate will be reporting to the Account Relationship
Manager (Agriculture)
Duties:
- Processing agriculture credit applications in a timely manner while ensuring that credit quality is maintained
- Identifying and initiating agribusiness growth opportunities
- Managing existing portfolio proactively and effectively to ensure retension of client base and improvement in asset quality
- Identifying cross-selling opportunities from the agribusiness to other business units in the bank
Interested applicants should be holders of a Bachelor’s Degree from a
recognized university in Agriculture Economics, Agribusiness, etc. Candidates
must have experience in various cropping programs and/or working with clubs,
schemes or established estates. Those with experience in a similar role from
financial institutions will have an added advantage.
