Reporting to the factory manager, the function
involves the management of the
production processes ensuring production
of good quality products ,monitoring and
managing machines down time ,
material waste ,safely ,production
costs and overall housekeeping in line with world class performance standards .The position further demands leadership in the collection of and analysis of production data and
developing action plans for
continuous productivity improvements
Applicants must have, a first degree in Engineering, a
minimum of three (3) years working
experience in busy manufacturing environment
and should have knowledge of production
management
The position
requires a person who is analytical,
has hands on approach to issues resourceful
and has people handling skills
