1. Accounts Assistant - required qualifications, skills and experience: MSCE, Certificate (PAEC) in Accounting. Diploma in Accounting will be an advantage. At least 2 years experience in financial administration, preferably in a donor funded project; proficient in software applications, databases, spreadsheets including Microsoft Word, Excel, Pastel, Quickbooks and any Payroll Package, must be willing to work during weekends and odd hours, excellent attention to detail

2. Office Assistant/Messenger - required qualifications, skills and experience: MSCE, at least 3 years experience in a busy working environment, experience in photocopying and binding documents, experience in record keeping, fluent in both written and spoken English; good interpersonal skills, cheerfulness and courtesy in responding to visitors and volunteers, must be willing to work during weekends and odd hours

3. PSV Driver - required qualifications, skills and experience: at least JCE Level. MSCE will be an advantage; must have PSV Driving License; must have Defensive Driving Certificate, at least 2 years work experience; must have an experience driving a minibus or a lorry; must be willing to work during weekends and odd hours
